About me… I was diagnosed with coeliac disease a week before we moved overseas. It was a bewildering and confusing time, as I was suddenly faced with a new and unfamiliar dietary restriction. I didn’t know anything about celiac disease, and I was worried about how I was going to manage my new diet in a new country. But I was determined to make it work. I did my research and learned everything I could about coeliac disease and gluten-free living. Adjusting to my new diet took some time, but I eventually found my groove. I learned to cook delicious gluten-free meals and discovered a whole new world of gluten-free foods. I’m now passionate about helping others navigate their celiac diagnosis. I know how difficult it can be at first, but I want to assure you that you’re not alone. There are many resources available to help you, and you can and will learn to manage your celiac disease and live a full and healthy life.
