How long does shipping take?

We endeavour to get your Gluten Freee Freddie goodies to you within 7-10 working days. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with us, and we will try to speed things along. However, we can’t promise, as delivery times are subject to courier demand. But drop us a message and we will do our best. hello@glutenfreefreddie.com

We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

Please make sure you fill in your correct address and full telephone number to avoid delays in delivery time.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

Shipping within Australia is $10

Shipping rates vary for other countries. Your total will be calculated at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. We do not allow change of mind refunds. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Items to be returned need to be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@glutenfreefreddie.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
