How long does shipping take?

General Shipping Information

  • How does shipping work for your store?

    We ship products from multiple locations, including print-on-demand facilities and our local warehouse. This means your order may contain items that ship separately.

Print-on-Demand Products

  • What are print-on-demand products?

    Print-on-demand products (like t-shirts, mugs, etc.) are made to order. When you place an order, our production partner creates the item specifically for you. This process may affect shipping times and costs.

  • How long does it take to ship print-on-demand products?

    Print-on-demand items typically take 2-7 business days to create before they are shipped. Shipping time is in addition to this production time.

  • Will my print-on-demand items ship with the rest of my order?

    If your order includes both print-on-demand and non-print-on-demand items, they will likely ship separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

  • Where do you ship?
  • We currently ship hardcopy books throughout Australia.
  • We also ship (via Amazon) to USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Japan. Please note all books are published in English language only. Books ordered through Amazon are printed as paperback only.

 

  • Shipping and Handling Pricing.
  • Within Australia, a single book purchase is $10 shipping and handling. 
  • Outside of Australia, printing and shipping is available through Amazon. For full details on shipping and handling please refer directly to the product on Amazon.
 
  • Do you offer combined shipping?

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer combined shipping at this time. Shipping costs are calculated per item, based on the product type and its shipping location. This is because items may be produced or stored in different facilities.

  • Why is shipping calculated per item?

    Our shipping costs reflect the individual processing and handling required for each item. Print-on-demand items are created and shipped individually, while other products may be shipped from different warehouse locations.

      Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

      • Product type

      • Shipping destination

      • Weight and dimensions of the item

      • Shipping method selected

    • Why are shipping costs different for different items?

      Because we ship from multiple locations and offer different types of products, shipping costs vary. Each item’s shipping cost is calculated individually.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. We do not allow change of mind refunds. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Items to be returned need to be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@glutenfreefreddie.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
