Gluten Free Freddie “Sponsor a School” Initiative
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Gluten Free Freddie – Sponsor a School Initiative (“the Programme”). By purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to these Terms.
Programme Overview
The Programme allows individuals, businesses, or organisations (“Sponsors”) to support the distribution of Gluten Free Freddie resources in a nominated school (“the School”).
Sponsors will receive acknowledgement on the Gluten Free Freddie website in the dedicated “Sponsor a School” section for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of purchase.
Sponsorship Duration & Visibility
Website visibility is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of sponsorship purchase.
After this period, the listing will automatically expire unless the sponsorship is renewed.
Gluten Free Freddie reserves the right to adjust the placement, design, or format of website acknowledgements at any time.
Suitability & Right to Terminate
All sponsorships and school collaborations are subject to approval by Gluten Free Freddie.
Gluten Free Freddie reserves the right to decline or discontinue a sponsorship or collaboration if, in its sole discretion:
The Sponsor’s activities or public reputation are inconsistent with the values of the Programme,
The School requests to withdraw participation, or
continuation would otherwise be unsuitable or not in the best interests of the children or community.
In such cases, Gluten Free Freddie will make reasonable efforts to discuss concerns with the Sponsor and/or School before termination.
Refunds & Cancellations
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once payment has been received, except where the Programme itself is cancelled by Gluten Free Freddie.
If a School withdraws from the Programme after a sponsorship has been confirmed, Gluten Free Freddie will work with the Sponsor to reallocate their sponsorship to another School where possible.
Acknowledgements & Use of Logos/Names
Sponsors may be acknowledged by name and/or logo on the Gluten Free Freddie website, subject to approval.
Schools will only be identified by name with their consent.
No party may use the other’s name, logo, or materials for promotional purposes without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Gluten Free Freddie, the Sponsor, and the School acknowledge that participation in the Programme does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
To the extent permitted by law, Gluten Free Freddie shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in or termination of the Programme.
Each party agrees to hold the others harmless against any claims resulting from their own acts or omissions.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Gluten Free Freddie may update these Terms from time to time, with notice provided to Sponsors and Schools.
